David Archuleta Chester Concert reviews
Great Show
Both Cindi Lauper and David Archuleta put on a great show, always engaging and entertaining the audience. They played great sets of favorite songs, as well as a couple of not-so famous but still good songs. For a 73-year old and 65-year old, these entertainers proved that rock-and-roll (or whatever you want to call the music) timeless. Cindi deserves extra kudos for our message of empowerment to all women and all the guys in the audience supporting that message. Set design was also interesting! Well worth the money, but concessions are way overpriced at the Spectrum Center (and their choice of wine is horrible). All the concessions employees are so nice, in fact all the employees, from food service workers to the people making sure people get to their seats and then out the door at the end of the night, were extremely nice. Hope they all get paid great -- particularly given how expensive everything is.
